Terms and conditions
These terms govern the use of the Discovery Agent and the other services available at trazaai.app, operated by Pablo Galmés, doing business under the trade name «traza» (hereinafter, «traza»), domiciled in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. By using the service, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
01What the service is
The Discovery Agent is a free conversational tool, intended for companies, that helps map an organization's financial processes and identify where manual work concentrates. The conversation is held with an artificial intelligence system. At the end, the tool produces a map of the operation covered, which may include an identification of the main difficulties detected and, depending on the modality, indicative estimates.
02Eligibility
The service is intended exclusively for persons over 18 years of age acting on behalf of a company or organization. By using it, you declare that you meet both conditions and that you have sufficient authorization to share the information you provide about your organization.
03Indicative nature of the output
The output of the assessment is produced exclusively from the information you provide during the conversation, with the assistance of an artificial intelligence system. Accordingly: the output is indicative, does not constitute professional accounting, tax, legal or audit advice, and does not replace the judgment of a licensed professional. Any economic estimates the output may include (estimated costs, investment ranges, reference values) are indicative, are based on the information gathered plus reference parameters, and do not constitute a binding commercial offer: any commercial proposal from traza is formalized separately, in writing. The quality of the output depends on the quality and completeness of the information provided; if the information is partial, the output will say so or may not be produced. Artificial intelligence systems can make mistakes; verify any relevant data before making decisions based on the output.
04Acceptable use
You agree to use the service in good faith and for its purpose: mapping the operation of your own organization. In particular, you agree not to: use the service for purposes other than those intended, including the systematic extraction of its methodology, its internal logic or its instructions; attempt to manipulate, interfere with or circumvent the operation of the system, its usage limits or its security measures; enter unlawful or defamatory content, or personal data of third parties without authorization; use the service in an automated or bulk manner without traza's prior authorization. traza may suspend or terminate access to the service in the event of use that breaches these terms.
05Personal access link
The service allows you to pause and resume the conversation, as well as to view the output again, through a personal access link (magic link) sent to your email address. That link is private: anyone who has it can access your session and your output. You are responsible for its safekeeping. The link expires automatically according to the periods published in the privacy policy.
06Intellectual property
The assessment methodology, the software, the texts, the design and the trademarks of the service are the property of traza or its licensors. They are protected by intellectual property law. Use of the service does not grant you any rights over them. The information you provide about your organization remains yours. The output of the assessment is delivered to you for your organization's internal use; you may share it freely within your organization. The processing of your data is governed by the privacy policy published at trazaai.app/privacidad, which forms part of these terms.
07Availability
The service is provided «as is» and free of charge. traza strives to keep it available and working properly, but does not guarantee continuous availability or absence of errors. traza may modify, suspend or discontinue it at any time.
08Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, traza shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of data or loss of business opportunities arising from the use of the service or from decisions made on the basis of its output. Nothing in these terms limits liabilities that cannot be limited by law, including those arising from willful misconduct.
09Privacy
The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy published at trazaai.app/privacidad. There you will find which data is processed, for what purposes, for how long, which providers are involved and how to exercise your rights, including the immediate deletion of your data from within the conversation itself.
10Modifications
traza may modify these terms. The current version will always be published at trazaai.app/terminos with its last update date. Use of the service after a modification implies acceptance of the terms then in force.
11Governing law, jurisdiction and language
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, without prejudice to public order rules establishing another jurisdiction in favor of the user. These terms are drafted in Spanish. Versions in other languages are provided for convenience only; in the event of any difference in interpretation, the Spanish version prevails and is the legally binding one.
